DubaiLife.App offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase in Dubai Life. If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email on your receipt, or email hello@dubailife.app and we'll help.

Once a refund goes through, the refunded item is removed from your game. Paddle's refund policy also applies. See our terms for more.
