Every figure below is read straight from the game, so this page is always up to date.

1. Getting started

  • You land at DXB airport and pick a district to start in. Play as a guest straight away — save your game with email later to keep your progress on every device.
  • Walk or drive around real Dubai streets. Work shifts, pay rent, make friends and climb the ranks.
  • The game's AED is pretend money: it has no real-world value, cannot be bought, and can never be cashed out.

2. Your vibe

  • Pick one vibe when you create your character. It shapes how you play; change it later only if your old vibe was retired.
  • 🤝 The Connector: Friends boost you more · +30% social.
  • 💼 The Hustler: +15% pay from shifts & gigs.
  • 📈 The Investor: +10% business income · homes 5% off.
  • 🌙 Nightlife VIP: +30% Inspiration from nights out.

  • 🎲 Risk Taker: Bigger wins, bigger losses on commission.

3. Work & careers

  • Pick a hustle in Phone → Hustle. Each shift pays your career's rate and builds reputation toward a promotion.
  • DIFC Analyst: starts at AED 320 per shift, 5 ranks from Intern to Partner.
  • Healthcare: starts at AED 280 per shift, 4 ranks from Nurse to Consultant.
  • Teacher: starts at AED 250 per shift, 4 ranks from Teacher to School Director.
  • Futures Trader: starts at AED 310 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Fund Manager.
  • Dubai Police Cadet: starts at AED 260 per shift, 5 ranks from Intern to Lieutenant.
  • Real Estate Broker: starts at AED 290 per shift, 5 ranks from Intern to Agency Owner.
  • Gold Souk Trader: starts at AED 270 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Shop Owner.
  • Galleria Sales: starts at AED 220 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Store Manager.
  • Entrepreneur: starts at AED 260 per shift, 4 ranks from Founder to Mogul.
  • Content Creator: starts at AED 200 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Brand Ambassador.
  • Plumber: starts at AED 230 per shift, 4 ranks from Apprentice to Services Company Owner.
  • Mechanic: starts at AED 230 per shift, 4 ranks from Apprentice to Garage Owner.
  • Construction: starts at AED 240 per shift, 5 ranks from Labourer to Company Owner.
  • Ride-Hail Captain: starts at AED 250 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Fleet Lead.
  • Hotel Concierge: starts at AED 240 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Guest Services Manager.
  • Cabin Crew: starts at AED 300 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Purser.
  • Chef: starts at AED 220 per shift, 5 ranks from Kitchen Assistant to Restaurant Owner.
  • Tour Guide: starts at AED 230 per shift, 4 ranks from Intern to Tour Operations Manager.
  • Personal Trainer: starts at AED 210 per shift, 4 ranks from Trainer to Gym Owner.
  • Club Promoter: starts at AED 200 per shift, 4 ranks from Promoter to Club Owner.

4. Rent & homes

  • Rent is due every Saturday. Miss it and you get a short grace period — overdue rent stops your bank standing from improving.
  • Deira bedspace (Deira · near Al Rigga Metro): AED 500 a week.
  • JLT studio (Jumeirah Lakes Towers · near Lakes Exchange): AED 700 a week.
  • Spiral Quay Tower · 1-bed (Dubai Marina): AED 900 a week.
  • Peninsula · 2-bed (Canal Collective · Business Bay): AED 1,600 a week.
  • Palm Jumeirah villa (Palm Jumeirah): AED 2,800 a week.
  • Peninsula Grand Residences penthouse (Peninsula · Business Bay): AED 6,000 a week.
  • The Golden Visa badge (save AED 50,000) takes 10% off all rent for life.

5. Daily board & streaks

  • Three fresh tasks every day on Phone → Daily. Finish all three for a AED 200 bonus.
  • Play days in a row build a streak that boosts daily rewards, up to ×2.
  • Away from the game? You still earn 25% of your shift pay per hour, up to 8 hours.

6. Inspiration

  • Inspiration is your fifth need, from 0 to 100. Experiences fill it: fountain shows +20, beach sunsets +16, shisha lounge atmosphere +12, nightlife activities +14, landmark views +16. Working and eating never fill it.
  • Repeating the same experience in one game day gives 100% → 50% → 25% of its fill; further repeats stay at 25%. Share that activity with an invite-linked friend or squadmate nearby for +50% fill. Idle company gives nothing.
  • First visits give +8 per district and +12 per landmark, once per player.
  • The bonus scales evenly: full Inspiration gives +15% to career time, study and positive reputation gains; half gives +7.5%. Pay never increases. At zero there is no penalty.
  • Walk the whole Business Bay Canal Walk, from the Peninsula to FUMO, in one game day for a landmark fill (+16); between 5 and 7 pm it also counts as a sunset (+16). Once per game day; repeats follow the usual halving.
  • Inspiration fades by 12 per in-game day and freezes offline.

7. Dunes Bank

  • Send or request money in Phone → Dunes Bank. Transfers between friends and squadmates are free; anyone else pays 2%, at least AED 5.
  • Your standing grows with days played in good standing (rent paid on time):
  • Starter: from day one · daily send limit AED 1,000.
  • Regular: 14 good days · daily send limit AED 2,000.
  • Established: 30 good days · daily send limit AED 3,500.
  • Premier: 60 good days · daily send limit AED 5,000.
  • Above Starter you need at least one salary received. The highest possible daily limit is AED 5,000.
  • Credit card (Regular and up): borrow up to 30 days of your salary, repaid automatically on payday. Overdraft (Established and up): AED 2,000. Neither charges interest, ever.
  • Premier players carry the black card — no transfer fees at all.
  • Accounts younger than 3 days can receive at most AED 500 a day from non-friends.

8. Invite a friend

  • Share your personal link from Phone → Yalla Links. Once your friend has played on 3 different days, you both get AED 2,000.
  • Up to 10 paid invites count per month; extra friends stay pending until next month.

9. Boost a friend

  • Boosts are gifts of AED 100–AED 5,000 from Phone → Dunes Bank or the players list.
  • The receiver gains +1 Influence per AED 100 boosted, up to +50 Influence a day. Your own boost stats stay private.

10. Squads

  • Team up with up to 5 players in Phone → Squads: pick a name, crest and colour, invite friends, and chat in your own squad channel.
  • Each squad sets a weekly earnings goal (AED 1,000–AED 1,000,000). The squad with the highest combined earnings when the week resets on Saturday wins.
  • Winners carry the 🏆 title for the week and split AED 5,000 equally. Transfers between squadmates are always free.

11. Badges

  • 🔑 Settled in: Pay your first rent.
  • 🔥 Regular: Play 7 days in a row.
  • ⛵ Marina life: Move into Dubai Marina.
  • 🌴 Living on the Palm: Move into the Palm villa.
  • 🏙️ Peninsula penthouse: Move into Jumeirah Living.
  • 💼 Hustler: Work 100 shifts.
  • 🚇 Red Line regular: Visit every Red Line station.
  • 🚆 Green Line explorer: Visit every Green Line station.
  • 🤝 Habibi network: Chat with 10 different players.
  • 🛂 Golden Visa: Save AED 50,000. Perk: 10% off all rent for life.
  • 🏎️ Supercar licence: Reach senior rank in any hustle. Perk: Lamborghini at half price.

12. Dune Adventures & venue ownership

  • Rent a quad · 10 min: AED 250 · 10 real minutes, then return to Burj Park.
  • Camel ride: AED 120 · 1 real minutes, then return to Burj Park.
  • Camp dinner: AED 150 · 1 real minutes, then return to Burj Park.
  • Dune Adventures has 100 shares, AED 1,000 each at new issue. A business licence is required. Hold at most 60% of a venue.
  • After the issue sells out, holders may sell at their own ask price. Phone → Dunes Bank → My businesses lists holdings, sale offers and payouts.
  • 20% of other players' spending goes to the venue pot. A holder's own spending contributes nothing. Issued shares split the whole pot pro-rata every Saturday (UTC); unissued shares receive nothing.
  • Collect weekly dividends in My businesses. Dividends count as earned income; sale proceeds do not. All amounts are in-game AED, never real money or cash-out.

13. Scooters & taxis

  • City and Street walking use the same ground pace, regardless of zoom. Street jog is 1.3× the original baseline and Street run 1.8×, both then boosted ×1.4 on foot (walking and running inside buildings too). City sprint keeps its 1.6× walking ratio. Hold Shift or use the touch run control to sprint; double-tap W locks a run that keeps going after you let go and eases back to a walk after about two minutes; on a Zip scooter the same double-tap locks a 1.6× boost that eases back to normal scooter speed after about two minutes. Street running uses an extra 0.05 Energy per real second while moving.
  • Zip scooters (Downtown): AED 3 to unlock plus AED 1 per started minute, charged when you park.
  • A scooter moves 3.52× the original walking pace and only goes where you can walk. Park leaves it where you stop.
  • Taxis from the Downtown ranks: AED 12 plus AED 2 per km, measured as 1.3× the straight-line distance.
  • Rides are refused while your bank is syncing or if your balance is too low.

14. Fair play & safety

  • Be kind — no bullying, hate or threats.
  • No sexual content or asking for personal details.
  • No spam, scams or selling anything for real money.
  • Bad words are hidden automatically; trying to dodge the filter can get you muted.
  • Report anything that breaks these rules — the team reviews every report.
  • Report or block any player from the ⋯ menu on their messages. Admins can mute accounts that break the rules.
  • No real-money play of any kind: no betting, no cash-outs, no prizes with real-world value.
