Delete your account

Deleting your Dubai Life account is permanent. It removes your character, money, career, homes, furniture, garage, businesses, messages, visits and sign-in. There is no undo.

How to delete

1. Open Dubai Life and sign in (guests are already signed in).
2. Open the Phone at the bottom of the screen.
3. Go to Settings → Account.
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

The deletion happens immediately on our servers and on your device. If you only want to remove this device's copy, sign out and clear the app's storage instead.

Can't get into the game? Email hello@dubailife.app from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
